Guillermo del Toro vuelve a hacer historia en Hollywood al ser nominado a los premios Oscars 2022 con la película El Callejón de las Almas Pérdidas, la cual está cerca de ganar en cuatro categorías: mejor película, mejor fotografía, mejor diseño de vestuario y mejor diseño de producción. Desafortunadamente no ha sido nominado a mejor director.
El largometraje también llamado “Nightmare Alley” y protagonizada por Bradley Cooper, está ambientada en el Nueva York de 1940 donde el estafador Stanton Carlisle se une a una vidente y su esposo, un mentalista, para robarle a un millonario.
Este martes se han dado a conocer los nominados en las 23 categorías que califican las partes artísticas y técnicas de las películas más destacadas en el 2021, premiación que llevará a cabo el próximo 27 de marzo. La Academia aún no confirma al presentador, pero se espera que se realice en el formato tradicional.
Por otro lado, la película con más nominaciones es “Dune” candidata al Oscar en 10 categorías, incluidas unas de las más importantes como Mejor película y mejor fotografía más. Los demás candidatos a recibir el galardón son:
